She worked as a news production editor for The Express-Times in Easton in the late 1990s-early 2000s and as a web developer in Seattle until 2013 (yes she used tables on this page, because reasons). She enjoys coffee, anime, Zelda games and candy canes. She hopes to spend her next winter break in Japan, looking for the TriForce and sipping peppermint mochas and speaking terrible, terrible Japanese. Heather may be old enough to be your mom, but she’s not your mom, because your mom probably likes you.

I’m a Resident Assistant on campus as well as a member of the National Residence Hall Honorary, Presidential Ambassadors, and the National Society of Leadership and Success.  eddie.jpeg Eddie Probasco I am a senior and will graduate with my bachelors in English this May!. I plan to attend Kutztown University for my masters afterwards, as well as Lehigh University after that for my doctorate! I am the parliamentarian for the English Club, a writer for the keystone newspaper, and will be attending the Ohio Valley Shakespeare Conference this October! This winter I plan to go storm chasing and follow the swell reports on the coast to surf some gnarly waves! I love the outdoors and every Sunday I devote the whole day to drive down to the beach to surf! If I’m not panicking for an original thesis, or trying to find a clever title for a paper, I’m usually relaxing on a bench outside the library with some poetry!

greg-white Greg White This is my first year as a tutor at the University Writing Center. I’m an undergraduate junior with majors in history and anthropology, plus a minor in political science. Thusly, most of my academic writing has been in Chicago Style format, so if you ever need a tutor to help you on that subject, look for me at the UWC! I am also a member of Kutztown University’s Honors Program and I serve on both the Honors Public Service Committee and the Honors Task Force. Furthermore, I currently have three other jobs on campus. Some of you may very well recognize me from the front desk of University Place, or perhaps from behind the lines at South Dining Hall, or maybe even from the isles of Schaeffer Auditorium as I work as an usher during KU Presents!’ musical venues. All in all, I like to think of myself as a well-rounded, down-to-earth person and I am unbelievably excited to start working as a tutor with the University Writing Center this year!
Specialties: Chicago Manual of Style
winters-photo Kimberly Winters I’m an English/Professional Writing major with experience writing creative, journalistic, magazine, and (far too many) academic works. Therefore, I specialize in AP and MLA format. I’m also a Spanish minor in desperate need of speaking practice, so feel free to chat with me in either language. I am the secretary/ chief copy editor for Shoofly Magazine, help out around town with the Honors Community Service Committee, and will be hosting a Broadway-themed radio show this year with KUR. I love reading and writing (practically a requirement for this position). I also enjoy cooking, hiking, and racquetball. See you at the center!
